It began as a partnership firm formerly known as “Jurunilai Bersekutu” with an office in Kuala Lumpur and later expanded with branches in Penang, Kedah, Negeri Sembilan and Johor. By the time it was incorporated in June of 2003 as JB Jurunilai Bersekutu Sdn. Bhd., the company has an established network of 9 offices in most major cities across Malaysia. The company is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (LPPEH) and several Directors are recognized and either fellow or member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors, Malaysia (RISM) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), UK.
