Sr Sultan Mydin Ibrahim

Surveyor Sultan Mydin Ibrahim is the Group Managing Director of JB Jurunilai Bersekutu Sdn. Bhd. and its Group of Companies. He is the Founder and the Principal Partner of the Company when it was formed in 1984.

He is a Registered Valuer and a Licensed Auctioneer for several states. He is a Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, (MRICS), UK, Associate Member of the Rating and Valuation Association (ARVA), UK, a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (RISM) and the Association Of Valuers & Property Consultant In Private Practice (PEPS).

A graduate from the MARA Institute of Technology (ITM), Shah Alam, Selangor, he was the best Graduate student of 1977 and began his career in the field of valuation & property consultancy with the then Asian Appraisal (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. under the tutelage of the late Tengku Haizam Ahmad, who was also the Managing Director of the company. Later, he pursued a CNAA BSc Degree in Land Administration in London and graduated with an Honours Degree in 1981. He then served PETRONAS for 4 years and involved himself in the Property Department when the oil corporation was in the process of acquiring massive properties in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.

Sr Halim Osman

Sr Halim Osman holds a Degree of Bachelor of Surveying (Hons) in Property Management from University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He began his career upon graduation by joining Jurunilai Bersekutu in 1988.

He is a Member of The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM) and certified as Registered Valuer by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP). He has been Director of the Company since 2003.

Sr Masanita Bakri

Sr Masanita Bakri started her career in real estate property valuation and consultancy services when she joined Khong & Jaafar Sdn. Bhd. for a brief period before joining Jurunilai Bersekutu in 1995 upon graduating from Institut Technologi MARA (now known as Universiti Technology MARA or UiTM) with an Advance Diploma in Estate Management in the same year.

She is a Member of The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM) and certified as Registered Valuer by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP). She is Director of the Company since 2018.

Sr Mohd Khairul A. Khalid

Sr Mohd Khairul A. Khalid holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Estate Management from University Malaya (UM), where he graduated in 2005. He joined Jurunilai Bersekutu upon graduation and has since served at its Desa Pandan branch office where he now heads the operations.

He is a Member of The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM) and certified as Registered Valuer by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP). He is Director of the Company since 2019.

Redhwan Sultan Mydin

Redhwan Sultan Mydin is a holder of a Master of Engineering (MEng) Degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering, from Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom where he graduated in 2009 with First Class Honours. Prior to embarking on a career in property valuation, he was in the oil & gas industry, as a Project Engineer at Wood Group in their Kuala Lumpur and Houston, Texas, USA office.

Since joining Jurunilai Bersekutu in 2015, he specializes in valuation of special properties including plant & machinery, due diligence exercises and market studies. He is currently a Probationer Member of The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and Director of the Company since 2022.
