KWC is developed by Kenanga Wholesale City Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Kha Seng Group, a conglomerate of companies that include in its portfolio Central Market and Viva Homes, Malaysia’s first one-stop center for homes. As a one – stop center, KWC offers a comprehensive mix of merchandise under one roof which includes garment for women, men and children, traditional apparel, footware, accessories, costume jewelry, bags, leather goods, premium gifts and many more. In addition to that, there are several retailers specially dedicated to Islamic fashion in a bid to provide variety of traditional and contemporary apparel for the Muslim market.

KWC follows the resounding success of fashions wholesale malls in the Asia region such as Dongdaemun Market in Seoul, Mangga Dua Wholesale Complex in Jakarta and many fashion wholesale malls in Humen, China.

Mr. VK Lee, the owner of SS Collection and own 3 accessories outlets in KWC said that whilst most of his clients are retainer and long time clients who purchases in bulk, he still has shoppers who come to buy one or two accessories only. He has been in similar business for the last 8 years and jump into the opportunity to own a unit in a one stop center fashion wholesale complex.
