Jurunilai Bersekutu is a valuation, estate agent & asset consultancy firm established on 16 August 1984. It began as a partnership with its first office on Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman in Kuala Lumpur. By the time it was incorporated in June of 1992, the Company had ten offices in addition to its headquarters at Menara Tun Razak on Jalan Raja Laut in Kuala Lumpur, as well as three in Klang Valley, two each in Pulau Pinang and Johor, and one each in Kedah and Negeri Sembilan. In the 2000s, the Company further expanded into the states of Perak, Melaka and Pahang to establish a network of 13 branch offices across most major cities of Malaysia. The Company is ISO 9001 Certified since 2003 and is registered with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP), with several Directors registered as Fellow or Member of The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK (RICS).
